Is Cyndra a software company or a consulting firm?
A consulting firm. Cyndra AI is an AI strategy and implementation firm that works as your embedded AI department, inside the Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot you already pay for. The Cyndra platform is a secondary product some small businesses use; you do not need it to work with us.
What is a free live build?
A 30-minute session on one real task your team still does by hand. We build the workflow live with the person who does the task, on the tools you already use, and you keep it.
Do we need new software?
No. We build on the tools your team already uses.
Is our data safe?
Read-only access first. Each workflow gets only the folders and tools it needs, sensitive steps wait for a person, and for sensitive data we can run models inside your environment. We sign an NDA on request. Cyndra AI is not yet SOC 2 certified.
What does it cost after a project?
No running fee to us. Your AI subscription, paid to the provider.
What is a skill?
A written procedure the AI follows every time, so nobody has to re-explain the task. Skills are plain files your company owns.
Who owns the work once it is built?
Your team. We train internal owners as we build, so they can run each workflow, change it, and build the next one.
