Private company cohort
Ten live 30-minute sessions over two weeks, in groups of up to eight. Every session is done on the participant's own work.
Department workshop
One day, or two half days, for a department of 10 to 20 people. The team picks its recurring tasks and builds workflows for them together.
AI Champions program
Six to eight weeks for 5 to 10 people, one per team. Champions learn to find the right work for AI, build it, review it and teach their colleagues.

What is corporate AI training?
Training that teaches employees to use AI on their actual jobs, safely and the same way across the company. Ours is live and hands-on: every session is spent on a real task, and what works becomes a shared skill the company owns.
How long does AI training for employees take?
A private cohort is ten 30-minute live sessions over two weeks. A department workshop is one day or two half days. The AI Champions program runs six to eight weeks.
Is this a course?
No. Every session is live, on your own work. People leave each session with something they use the next day.
Which tools do you train on?
The ones you already pay for: Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot. Skills are written as plain files, so they move with you if you change tools.
How big is a group?
Up to eight people in a private cohort, 10 to 20 in a department workshop, and 5 to 10 champions in the AI Champions program.
What if our staff already use AI?
Good. Your power users can build. We make it company-wide: shared, tested skills, training for everyone else, and ownership that survives turnover.
Can individuals join?
Yes. Cyndra AI Training is the open class for individuals: the same live sessions on public dates. Contact us for the next one.
Is this AI upskilling or AI literacy training?
Both, weighted toward doing. People learn how to ask, how to check the answer and what is safe to share, but most of the time goes into hands-on work on their own tasks, which is where the skill sticks.
Do you certify people?
No. We do not issue certificates. The proof is the workflows your team runs after the training.
Is training part of the embedded AI department?
Yes. Every embedded engagement includes team training. You can also start with training on its own.
