You'll build AI agents, client integrations, dashboards and workflow automations from discovery through production.

3+ years of professional engineering experience
Strong TypeScript, Node.js, React/Next.js and API experience
Experience with databases, authentication, webhooks and cloud deployments
Practical experience building production AI or LLM applications
Strong English communication and ability to work independently

You'll own client relationships from onboarding through ongoing delivery, lead calls, manage support, collect product feedback, coordinate with engineering and ensure every customer gets value from Cyndra.

3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, product management or project management
Excellent English communication and confidence leading client calls
Strong organization, follow-through and attention to detail
Experience managing client relationships, onboarding, support and ongoing delivery
Comfortable translating client feedback into clear product requirements and engineering tasks
Practical understanding of SaaS, AI tools, APIs and workflow automation
Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities and deadlines independently
Proactive, dependable and focused on keeping customers happy
Help prioritize product improvements
Maintain clear documentation
Track commitments across accounts
Proactively resolve issues before they become problems
