Services · Executive AI Training

AI executive training for your leadership team.

A one-day AI workshop for executives, run at your office or as part of your leadership offsite. Your leadership team agrees where AI fits and where it does not, watches it built on your own work, and leaves with owners and a first project. A half-day remote version works when the team is spread out.

How the day runs

Four blocks, one day.

  1. 01

    Align

Agree where AI fits in the business, what it must not touch, and how you will judge success.

  2. 02

    Pick three workflows

Choose three real tasks your teams still do by hand, ranked by value, feasibility and risk.

  3. 03

    Build them live

We build the three workflows live on your own work, inside the tools you already pay for, read-only first.

  4. 04

    Name owners

Each workflow gets a named owner before the day ends, and the first project gets a plan.

What your leaders leave with

A decision, not a presentation.

  • Three working workflows, built on your own tasks.
  • A one-page AI ground rules sheet your leadership can sign.
  • A named owner for each workflow.
  • A first-project plan, so the work continues the next week.

Who attends

The people who decide, and the people who do the work.

Your leadership team

The owner or CEO, the COO, the CFO and the heads of the teams whose work will change.

The people who do the work

One or two people per workflow join the build block, so what we build matches how the task is really done.

Two people from Cyndra

One runs the day. One builds the workflows live on screen while your team watches and steers.

Format

An executive AI offsite, a workshop at your office, or remote.

One day, in person

The full four blocks as a leadership AI workshop at your office, or as one day of your executive offsite. Best when the leadership team can be in one room for the day.

Half day, remote

A shorter version on video: align, pick the workflows, build one live, name owners.

Choosing executive AI training

What to look for in any executive AI program.

Whether you work with us or someone else, these are the questions worth asking before you book a day for your leadership team.

  • It works on your business, not on case studies from other companies: your tasks, your data, your tools.
  • Something gets built during the session, so leaders see what AI does well and where it fails.
  • Leaders leave with decisions: where AI fits, what it must not touch, and who owns each workflow.
  • It covers safe use: what can go into an AI tool, and which steps need a person to approve.
  • There is a plan for the week after, so the day does not end as a presentation.
  • It trains on the tools you already pay for, not on a product the trainer resells.

FAQ

Executive AI Training questions, answered.

What is AI executive training?

Training that helps a leadership team decide where AI fits in the business and how to run it safely. Ours is one working day: strategy first, then three workflows built live on your own work, then owners and a first project.

Do executives need technical knowledge of AI?

No. The day starts from your business, not from the technology. We build on screen while your team watches and steers, and every decision is a business decision: which work, which risks, who owns it.

Is the day more strategic or practical?

Both. The first half is strategy: where AI fits and where it does not. The second half is practical: three workflows built live on your own work, then owners and a first project.

Can we run it as an executive offsite or retreat?

Yes. The full day works in person as part of a leadership offsite. It also runs at your office, or as a half-day remote session when the team is spread out.

How is this different from an executive AI course?

A course teaches AI concepts with examples from other companies, usually to one executive at a time. This is one day with your whole leadership team, on your own work, and it ends with decisions and named owners rather than a certificate.

Who should attend?

Your leadership team, plus one or two people who do each task we build, so the workflows match how the work is really done.

What do we leave with?

Three working workflows, a one-page AI ground rules sheet, a named owner for each workflow, and a first-project plan.

What happens after?

Most teams start the first project soon after, either as a scoped project or as part of an embedded AI department, and the people named on the day are often the first we train. Nothing is required: the workflows and the plan are yours either way.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, before we look at your data.
