You close the books every month by pulling the same reports and pasting them into the same summary. In the session we turn that into an agent.

- Build: an agent that pulls the close figures, drafts the summary in your format, and flags anything outside its usual range for you to check.

FAQ
Questions people ask before joining
Is this done-for-you, or coaching?
Both, in a fixed ratio. In each 90-minute session a Cyndra consultant builds with you on your own systems, and teaches the practice behind the build as it happens. Between sessions you have a dedicated chat with a Cyndra CSM. If you want the Cyndra team to build and run everything without your involvement, that is our agent setup engagement, not this membership. Book a call from the contact page for that.
What if I am not technical?
You do not need to write code to get value from a session. We start by auditing the systems you already run, the consultant drives the build on the call and explains each step, and the chat with your CSM is there for anything that trips you up between calls. Time spent stuck on a bug or a small unproductive issue does not count against your 90 minutes.
What tools do you use?
The AI models are Claude and OpenAI, chosen per use case. Beyond that we work in whatever your business already runs on: your CRM, accounting software, inbox, spreadsheets and the automation tools you have. Nothing gets replaced for the sake of it.
Can I cancel?
Membership is billed monthly through Stripe, and that is the only term the checkout states. For any billing question, write to hello@cyndra.ai from the address you paid with.
How fast do I get my first session?
After payment you land on your next steps and our next-steps email arrives within 1 business day. Your first session is booked within 1 business day of that email.
What counts against the 90 minutes?
Live build session time with a Cyndra consultant: auditing your systems, optimizing them, building workflows and automations, and teaching best practices. Time spent stuck on a bug or a small unproductive issue does not count against your 90 minutes.
What is the dedicated chat?
A dedicated chat between you and a Cyndra CSM with unlimited text support. We set it up after you join, and you use it between sessions for anything you need.
Can I refer people?
Yes. For every qualified referral intro call you help book, you get a free month and a free 90-minute session. If Cyndra ends up working with someone you refer, you also get a 10% referral commission.
