THE CHALLENGE

The founder operates at a scale most people would split across five companies and three founders. Thirteen chiropractic clinics across four states. A high-ticket coaching program called The Ascent. A premium mastermind named Empire. A software product on the side. And on top of all of that, he still sees patients. His bottleneck was never strategy. Cyndra researched 40 plus businesses per client, ranked them by warmth and likely conversion, drafted custom outreach copy for each one, and sent the full sequence via Mailchimp the same day the request landed.
