THE CHALLENGE
ShopPlanet, an e-commerce brand, needed to understand their customer base at a deeper level. Who were their best customers? Which segments were most likely to repurchase? Who was at risk of churning? And most importantly, how should they communicate differently with each group? They approached BCG for a customer analysis and retargeting strategy.
